  • How long do I have to wait for my account to be activated?
    Account activations are automatic, so once the payment has been made the account should be immediately activated. If in any case is not, you can always get in touch with us.
  • What payment methods do you work with?
    The payment methods we accept are:
    • Credit card
    • PayPal
    • US Wire transfer
  • Can I change my payment method?

    Yes, you can change your payment method if you want. To do so, just access as a client and go to 'Edit account details'.

    You will see a form there, which has an option named 'Payment methods'. Just select the payment method you want to use there and save the changes.

  • Do you have a refund policy?

    No, we do not have any kind of refund policy but yo do however, can cancel your service or services at any time.


  • What does the Wordpress Hosting Include?

  • Cloud VPS packages are managed or unmanaged?
    Cloud VPS servers are 100% fully managed, this means you don't have to worry about anything relatd to server software installations, configuration, installing and configuring a defense system with a firewall, ids, antimalware, etc or creating a backup system. We do it all for you, so the only thing you have to do is focusing on make your websites grow, we'll take care of the complicated Linux management.
  • What operating systems can I choose with my Cloud VPS?
    All our Managed Cloud VPS servers come with CentOS 6.x or CentOS 7.x 64 bits, as it is the most stable and secure operating system for web hosting needs.


  • Can I find 24/7 Support?

    Yes, here at Calmos we are here for you 24/7 no matter what. You will be able to find SysAdmins no matter the time or date, if you need help just open a ticket and you will get a response in no time.

  • Do I have to pay extra money to get Support?

    No, all our plans come with free 24x7 Tech Support. However you will have to have in mind that, that support covers only plataform issues, it does not cover development issues. We will however help you with specific issues if we can.

  • How can I contact Calmos' SysAdmins?

    There are two ways of contacting us, either you use our contact us page or you open a ticket if you are already a client. We recommend that, if you are a client you open a ticket, since that is our official way of giving support. However if you can't, just send us an email.

  • How much time do I have to wait for a ticket to be resolved?

    The time it takes for issues to be resolved will depend on the issue itself. We will respond and start investigating immediately, as soon as you open the ticket, but some issues are resolved in a minute while others can take more time than that. However, we will keep you updated in our findings every few hours.
